    Examination of a submission regarding a transaction with agricultural land in the local government, taking of a decision regarding consent or refusal to acquire agricultural land in the form of a statement, and a decision regarding the acquisition of agricultural land in the form of a statement, of a person subject to the conditions of the Law On Privatisation of Land in rural areas. A deed of transaction shall be valid for recording in the Land Register only if the referred to statement has been appended thereto.

    The following documents must be submitted for the receipt of the service:

    - application to legal persons or natural persons;

    - a transaction act on the acquisition of agricultural land by property (original).
