Draft land management plan shall draw up a piece of land (including joint property) divisions, the land parcel borders, the elimination of inter-areas, land consolidation, access possibility, as well as the territorial planning of the immovable property konkretizēšanai subject to local self-government territorial planning. The municipality, supporting the project, shall decide on: the granting of an address; the establishment of objectives for the use of the immovable property or change.
